IRS Has Passed New Laws that May Affect Your Plans Next Year!Good news for taxpayers that likes to get their taxes early... your Employer is Now required by the IRS to file W2s by January 31st. This will likely result in receiving your W2s earlier then in previous years. Bad news for taxpayers that likes to get their taxes early...IThe IRS will delay some of your r funds. If you are claiming the Earned Income Tax Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit You Will not see a refund until after Feb 15. These updates are supposed to protect taxpayers from tax refund fraud... The verdict is still out on these results.
